Privacy policy

This policy describes how the platform handles personal data in the course of providing incorporation decision-support services. It is general information, not legal advice. Specific obligations under Indonesian personal-data law should be confirmed with qualified counsel.

Data we process

Identity documents (such as passports and national ID), tax identifiers, addresses, bank statements, corporate and ownership information, signatures, and immigration information. Assessment answers provided before account creation are limited to what you choose to share about your business situation.

How we use it

To prepare your incorporation case, generate a document checklist, validate documents, coordinate with a local expert partner, track obligations, and provide audit records. We do not use uploaded documents to train models without explicit approval.

Storage and access

Uploaded documents are stored in private object storage and accessed only through short-lived, authorized links. Access is restricted by tenant, case, and role. Transport is encrypted. Audit logs record decisions, reviews, and overrides.

Cross-border processing

Some processing may involve providers or infrastructure outside Indonesia. Where this occurs, it is subject to the lawful transfer mechanisms in place at the time. Cross-border data-transfer obligations should be confirmed with counsel.

Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and meet recordkeeping obligations, and is then deleted according to the platform's retention policy, except where a legal hold applies.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to mandatory corporate-record retention. Contact your case manager or use the contact form to make a request.

This summary may be updated. Material changes are communicated to active users. For legal matters, consult qualified Indonesian counsel.
